From Amazon Singapore's website, all you have to do is just set your delivery address to Malaysia but only selected items will display "FREE delivery" on the detail page. You may check the status on your Shopping Cart and once it's qualified to meet the minimum spending requirement of 40 SGD. That's at least around ~RM128.
At the moment, it's unknown when this free delivery promotion will last since no date was mentioned on the website. However, sources have discovered that some books that are fewer than RM100 are eligible for the free shipping promotion as well. We guess you can try your luck on several items just to see.
