Do you really need to bring about your All-in-one touchscreen desktop? HP certainly seems to think so as it has recently come out with it's HP Envy Rove 20. Like the Asus Transformer AIO before it, this 20-inch All-in-one desktop can be disconnected and used like a giant 20-inch touchscreen tablet. Tech specs for the HP Envy Rove 20 include:
- 20-inch (1600 x 900, 10-point capacitive, IPS) touchscreen display
- Intel Haswell processor
- 802.11ac Wifi
- 3x USB ports
- 1TB hybrid hard drive
- Intel Wireless Display
- Beats Audio
- Windows 8 Pro
- 12 lbs
- 4-hour battery
Set to launch in July, HP are hoping to bring tabletop computing to the masses with a below $1000 (RM3000) price tag. The tablet is much thicker and heavier compared to a similar device but it is priced about how much a premium AIO desktop would cost anyway. In the event of a mass finger war, HP have also included family party games such as Monopoly, Fingertapps Musical Instruments, Fingertapps Jigsaw Wars Puzzle and Disney Fairies.
