
Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook today iterated that Malaysia will continue to use digital driving licences and road tax. This is despite calls from certain quarters to revert back to physical driving licences and road tax.
According to NST, Loke asserted that his Ministry will not be reviewing the implementation as Malaysia has to be progressive and that nowadays, many services are now digital. He added that road users can still print their digital road tax if necessary, including to comply with laws in other countries.
