For the Apple Watch users out there, do you use Apple Fitness+? The platform is Apple's fitness and wellness platform that interacts with a user's Apple Watch. Recently, Apple announced some new features for the service.

The first one is Collections, which is a curated series of activities from the Fitness+ library. These workouts and meditations are designed to help users reach their goals. Currently, there are six Collections available on Fitness+: 30-Day Core Challenge, Improve Your Posture with Pilates, Perfect Your Yoga Balance Poses, Run Your First 5K, Strengthen and Stretch Your Back and Hips, and Wind Down for a Better Bedtime.

Another new feature is Time to Run. As the name hints, this is an "audio running experience" that aims to help users improve their running. It consists of coaching videos led by Fitness+ trainers, and include motivational and energising music to get you going. Three episodes were released at launch - London, Brooklyn, and Miami Beach - each coached by a separate trainer.
