Apple Pay arrived in Malaysia last month, and the local banks are trying to make their cards work with the payment service. Today, Maybank has announced that its American Express cards can also get linked to Apple Pay, starting from now on.
Maybank announced the news on its social media pages. To link the card, you would have to do it through the Apple Wallet app, just like how you did with the other cards. If you're a first-time user, you may refer to this guide provided by the official site. Besides American Express cards, Apple Pay also supports Mastercard and Visa cards from the bank.
