
It was only yesterday that the Apple PowerBeats Pro 2 was released. Surprisingly, the new wireless earbuds are also available in the Malaysian market. A quick look at the official Apple website reveals the price which is RM1,049.
To recap the features, the PowerBeats Pro 2 is designed for athletes who want to listen to music while exercising. Besides having Active Noise Cancelling as expected, it also has transparency mode and adaptive EQ, as well as heart rate monitoring sensors. Apple said the wireless earbuds can last up to 45 hours of battery life and are IPX4 water-resistant rated.
In addition, Apple also said the PowerBeats Pro 2 comes with LED optical sensors pulse light that can measure your blood flow over 100 times per second. The reading can be relayed to your fitness apps in real-time and if you want, you can turn off the heart rate monitoring to save even more battery life.
The PowerBeats Pro 2 is powered by a H2 chipset and is 20% lighter and 33% smaller than the predecessor. It is also the first in line to be compatible with wireless charging. Plus, users can choose five different ear tip sizes for the first time ever, with extra-large as a new addition.
The PowerBeats Pro 2 is available in four colours - Jet Black, Quick Sand, Hyper Purple and Electric Orange. The delivery is free but no pick-ups are available in the options. For more information, you can visit the official web portal here.
