If you own an iPhone 11, you may have encountered a weird issue earlier this week. Reports claimed that the Apple smartphone would ask for the user's location data occasionally, even if you set all apps and services to note ask for your location.

According to security expert Brian Krebs, there is something not listed in the settings of iPhone 11 that does this. The only way you can disable the service is to switch off location services. Apple has now come out to clarify that the issue is caused by the model's new ultra-wideband technology. Fortunately, an update to disable it should be provided in the future. For more info on the issue, you can check out KrebsonSecurity.
