It appears that Apple has made the first move in shutting down iTunes by closing down their Instagram account, as spotted by a Reddit user. Not only that, all posts on the official iTunes Facebook account has been removed as well.
That being said, it may seem that Apple is expected to release the successor of the aforementioned software which will be called Apple Music. While not much is known about Apple Music, we can expect more information about it during WWDC 2019 which will be happening on 4 June 2019 at 1 AM Malaysian time.
