Get your wallets ready as Apple have officially confirmed the Malaysia release date for the iPhone 8 smartphone as 20 October 2017. Appearing on their Apple Store Malaysia page as "Available 20.10" there are still no Malaysia price details just yet. Our own estimates are significantly higher than last year though and there still isn't any official option for kidneys. Stay tuned to TechNave.com and we'll keep you updated.

It is safe to say that "bendgate" will follow any new Apple iPhone these days and JerryRigEverything did just that to the Apple iPhone 8. Surprisingly, it survives this very well but you can see how it fares under the bend test and scratch and burn durability tests as well for yourself below. Here in Malaysia we're still about a month or so away from any official Malaysia pricing, but as the video shows, we heartily recommend getting a case for what could be the most expensive Apple iPhone in Malaysia yet.
