Apple is expected to hold two events later this year. One of the events is for the latest iPhone series, and someone has just tipped about what's in store for another one. According to the source, the second Apple event should be for unveiling the low-cost iPad and an M2-powered iPad Pro.

An account that goes by "yeux1122" on the Korean blog Naver brought the information. It also claims that the low-cost iPad will arrive with a significant redesign with flat edges and a larger display. It's worth mentioning that the account has a good track record for Apple stuff, as it had accurately revealed details about the fifth-generation iPad Air before it launched.

Not only this, but Mark Gurman from Bloomberg had also mentioned this second event for the iPads earlier. The company should also present the iPadOS 16, offering minor refinements and features for the non-M1 iPads, such as improvements in Messages, Safari, and more. Meanwhile, the version of the OS for the iPads with M-series chips could introduce Stage Manager, which allows users to run multiple apps in windows, overlapping each other, with external display support.
