According to Bloomberg, the new Siri, powered by Google’s Gemini base model, will finally be able to find the information it needs based on a user’s personal data. This upgraded version will arrive soon. So, what should you know about it?

The previously delayed features will finally arrive next month

For your information, the feature's introduction next month was expected as Google announced Personal Intelligence in Gemini that could integrate personal data across Gmail, YouTube, Search and Photos just two weeks ago. In Siri, the feature was advertised for the iPhone 16 series but was delayed because it didn't meet Apple's standards and the ad was removed from YouTube.

In addition to Siri finally being smarter, Apple is also expected to announce Siri that functions like the Gemini and ChatGPT chatbots at WWDC next June. Upgrades to the conversational capabilities are expected to be made so that talking to Siri will feel more natural from now on.
