Based on a statement by Mark Gurman, it seems that Apple’s MagSafe Duo Charger is able to achieve up to 14W per device while requiring a separate 27W USB-C power adapter that’s sold separately. Not only that, but if you were to hook up a 20W USB-C power adapter to the Apple MagSafe Duo Charge, it's able to achieve charging speeds of up to 11W.
On the other hand, the Apple MagSafe Charger is able to achieve charging speeds of 15W while only requiring a 20W power adapter. However, it is best to note that the MagSafe Charger is only able to charge one device at a time.
Wow, Apple has just updated the MagSafe Duo page. The $129 charger only gets you 11 watts for charging with a 20 watt brick, or 14 watts with a 27 watt brick. That compares to 15 watts you get with the solo MagSafe charger. pic.twitter.com/Z9iWM4PGpU

With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Apple has yet to provide an official statement on the charging speeds.
