It seems that Apple has recently been sued by the Coalition for a Safer Web for not removing Telegram from the Apple App Store. Based on what was mentioned by the coalition, Telegram was allegedly used as a communication tool by extremists to raid the US Capitol building located in Washington and it could be used for more the in the future.
But that’s not all, the Coalition for a Safer Web also mentioned that Apple is aware of the hateful content circulating on Telegram but did not take action based on the guidelines they have set up. With that in mind, there could be a possibility that Telegram might be removed from the Apple App Store at the end of the lawsuit.
