Samsung tweeted a video on their Twitter account, recommending owners of Samsung Smart TVs to perform scans for viruses and malware. Unfortunately, we could not provide the video Samsung has posted up, due to the fact that the tweet has been removed soon after.

That being said, all smart devices that are connected to the internet is susceptible to many forms of attack such as viruses, malware, unauthorised access, hacking and so on. In order to keep them safe, we highly recommend using various malware tools like Avast Mobile Security and Bitdefender Antivirus to scan your device and remove any suspecting software.
