Just last night (19 April), Astro's services - Astro Go and On-Demand went offline due to technical issues. However, it seems that both services are now restored before 9 AM this morning. If you own either one of them, you can check if the service is alright now or restart the devices.
As you can expect, Astro users were really frustrated and took their complaints online on both Astro's Facebook and Twitter social media pages. According to one user, the technical issues seemed to start way earlier in the evening at 6 PM. Besides Astro and On-Demand, the Astro TV app wasn't working as well.

This is not the first time that Astro users experienced it. In fact, the most recent one was only last year back in June 2021 whereby all the channel services on the Astro Box went down.
