You may have heard about eh Backbone One - PlayStation Edition for iOS a few months ago. Now, Backbone is thrilled to announce that this officially licensed phone controller is now available for both iOS and Android users internationally. While it's not in Malaysia, here's what we know so far.

Utilizing the PS Remote Play app feature, Backbone One PS Edition allows gamers to play PS4 and PS5 games anywhere streamed from the console. As you can see, the phone controller design is inspired by the PS5 DualSense wireless controller and it even has a 3.5mm audio hack that supports the Pulse 3D wireless headset as well.

The PS Remote Play app on Google Play now has the latest update and as long as you have internet connectivity and a PS5 or PS4 console, you can just plug in your Android to the Backbone One and start playing. Available games may differ by region, but Backbone One also works well with mobile games such as Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, Diablo Immortal, and more.

The Backbone One PlayStation Edition will soon be available in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, in addition to existing availability in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.
