If you’re a massive Fallout fan or just anything from Bethesda, then we’ve got some bad news for you. This is because the company has announced that the highly-anticipated next-gen update to Fallout 4 has been delayed.
As confirmed by Bethesda on Fallout’s official X account, the company thanked fans for their patience but said that the team needs a bit more time for the completion of the update. While no specific date was mentioned, it was confirmed that it will only be released sometime in 2024.
Previously, Bethesda announced via an official blog post that it will release a next-gen update for Fallout 4 as part of Fallout’s 25th Anniversary celebrations. Fallout itself would be 8 years old when the next-gen update is released next year.
