Based on a report by SamMobile, Samsung has recently mentioned that Bixby will not work on Samsung devices running on Android Oreo or older starting 1 January 2020. According to the statement, only smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S9 series, S8 series, Note 8, as well as the Galaxy A9.
Fortunately, all you need to do is update your smartphone to the latest version of Android. Not only that, but you’ll also be getting a lot of cool new features after the update as well.
