True wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds are all the rage these days. But not everyone likes the feeling of an in-ear earbud sticking into their ear canals. That's why it's good to have designs that fit different people, such as the Bose Sport Open Earbuds that was just discovered.
The new audio device was found on the US FCC recently and it features a design you don't normally see. Rather than fitting into your ear canals, the Bose Sport Open Earbuds have a hook it around your ears, with the earbuds hanging against the side. It's technically a TWS too, as the earbuds don't have wires. But instead of a charging case, it seems to use a kind of charging 'dock'.

Product label confirms the name and worldwide (WW) model is included too
Besides that, you can see that there's a button on the right earbud that's probably used to initiate Bluetooth pairings. It also seems to have microphones around it, so it should at least support voice calls. But due to the form factor, we don't think it will have active noise-cancelling. Judging from the size, the battery capacity could also be quite substantial.
From what we can see, this form factor definitely suits sports activities or for going to the gym, especially if you prefer to be aware of your environment.
