CIMB Bank informs that the MyDebit system will experience a temporary outage on Saturday, 13 December 2025, from 12AM to 8AM. This outage is part of system maintenance work being carried out to improve the user experience. So, what should you know about it?

 

This is not an uncommon occurrence

For your information, this kind of periodic maintenance is not new and is carried out monthly on certain dates that have been set. This step is taken to ensure that the banking system can function more smoothly and stably.
