Today, CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad introduced the early release of the CIMB OCTO App. Although it's still in the early stages, CIMB customers can now start using it and provide their feedback before the app’s full release.
Like other similar banking apps, CIMB said the OCTO app makes it easier, faster, and even more secure for customers to manage their finances, with simpler search and navigation tools, enhanced security, personalised banking services and an intuitive design. The app is expected to be released with its full suite of features and solutions by the first half of 2023.
But what of CIMB Clicks? Well, CIMB Clicks will continue to be available concurrently to complement CIMB OCTO, ensuring that customers will have the option and flexibility of accessing banking services as required on either digital platform. CIMB OCTO is supported by iOS 12.5 and Android 9 and above and can be downloaded soon on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the Huawei App Gallery from today (18th) onwards.
