CIMB has previously announced the transition of the application from CIMB Clicks to CIMB OCTO. That means several functions will be phased out in an effort to move users to the new, more modern application. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, CIMB announced that from December 2024 onwards, users of the CIMB Clicks application will no longer be able to transfer funds, including for their own account transfers, DuitNow transfers and also IBG. In addition, from December as well, loan and credit card payment functions as well as JomPay will no longer be supported on the CIMB Clicks application.

Moreover, if you want to continue using this feature, you need to switch to the CIMB OCTO application starting this December 2024. We have yet to confirm other details on the news. Hopefully, everything will be resolved soon.
