CIMB has announced that the MyDebit system will undergo a temporary scheduled outage in June 2025 as part of system maintenance aimed at enhancing the user experience.So, what should you know about it?

Moreover, CIMB apologises for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause, and appreciates the public's patience and understanding during this period. If you have a CIMB account, you might want to be more prepared. The following are the scheduled outage dates and times:

  • 7/6/2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 midnight to 8.00 am
  • 11/6/2025 (Wednesday) from 12.00 midnight to 5.00 am
  • 12/6/2025 (Thursday) from 12.00 midnight to 5.00 am
  • 15/6/2025 (Sunday) from 12.00 midnight to 8.00 am
  • 21/6/2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 midnight to 8.00 am
