Finally, after days of teasers, CMF has officially unveiled the CMF Headphone Pro, its first pair of over-ear ANC headphones. The launch confirms that it will be arriving in Malaysia soon with a splash of colours at an affordable price of RM429.
A Fresh Take on Over-Ear Headphones
Available in Light Grey, Dark Grey, and Light Green, the CMF Headphone Pro features swappable ear cushions, allowing users to change looks and even fine-tune their sound profile. Additional cushion options in Orange and Light Green will be sold separately
One of the highlights of the Headphone Pro is its unique control system. The Roller manages volume, playback, and ANC with simple scrolls and presses. There's also a new Energy Slider, which lets users adjust bass and treble in real-time, creating a sound profile that adapts to different genres or moods, as well as a customisable button that gives one-touch access to features like Spatial Audio or AI.
Adaptive ANC and Spatial Audio
The Headphone Pro is powered by Hybrid Adaptive ANC, capable of cutting noise by up to 40dB. It automatically adjusts noise levels depending on your environment, reducing distractions while keeping comfort in check.
For a cinematic edge, Spatial Audio adds depth and dimension to movies and music, offering a more immersive experience whether you’re in Cinema or Concert mode.
Performance
Under the hood, the headphones pack 40mm nickel-plated drivers, paired with a 16.5mm copper voice coil and dual-chamber design. The CMF Headphone Pro also supports LDAC and comes Hi-Res certified, ensuring high-quality playback whether wired or wireless. Moreover, Personal Sound technology by Audiodo builds a unique sound profile tailored to each listener’s ear canal shape and hearing sensitivities.
Battery life is another big selling point. According to CMF, the headphone can last up to 100 hours of playback or 50 hours of talk time. Even with ANC enabled, users can still get 50 hours of playback. When it comes to charging, a 5-minute charge delivers up to four hours of listening, while a full recharge takes under 2 hours via USB-C. The headphones even support reverse charging from your smartphone.
Price and Availability in Malaysia
The CMF Headphone Pro will retail at RM429, with interchangeable ear cushions priced at RM89. Sales in Malaysia begin on 13 October 2025 through both online and offline channels.
