Vivo has posted a short video on their Weibo account, showcasing their new 120W Super FlashCharge technology and its charging capabilities. Based on the video description, the aforementioned charging technology is capable of charging a Vivo smartphone that is equipped with a 4000mAh by up to 50% in just 5 minutes, while fully charging the phone will require up to 13 minutes. Which is pretty quick, especially when you compare the average charging time for a typical smartphone these days.
Since MWC19 Shanghai is happening very soon from 25 to 27 June, we can expect to see Vivo’s 120W Super FlashCharge technology on the show floor. As of now, we're not too sure when we'll be able to get our hands on a Vivo smartphone that is equipped with this technology. Not only that, the post did not mention any information regarding the tech specs, price or even if the smartphone showcased in the video will hit the local Malaysian market.
