Canon Malaysia reveals two new DSLRs -EOS 6D Mark II and EOS 200D for amateaur photographers starting from RM2999

Today, Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., has announced two new DSLRs for the advanced amateur and entry level photographers - the EOS 6D Mark II and EOS 200D DSLR. The two DSLRs will be available in early August 2017 at all Canon Image Square stores and authorized dealers nationwide with the recommended retail price listed and official specifications below:

Canon EOS 6D Mark II

According to Canon, the EOS 6D Mark II camera is an ideal device for photographers looking to go to the next level. Designed to be trendy, light and compact, this makes it the world’s smallest APS-C DSLR with a Vari-Angle screen. It features a 45-point all cross-type AF system and AF coverage over an expanded area during viewfinder shooting. Its continuous shooting speed can go up to 6.5fps, and 4fps if shoot from Live View mode which isn't so bad. ISO speeds of up to 40,000 (expandable to 102,400).

Meanwhile, the EOS 200D is for the newbies. It sports a 24.2-megapixel APS-C size CMOS sensor and uses a DIGIC 7 image processor with the standard ISO range expands up to 25,600. The AF speed is also extremely fast as it can take in 0.03 seconds. It's worth mentioning that it has a WiFi and NFC connectivity, which the EOS 6D Mark II has too, allowing the user to transfer images and videos to their smart devices via Canon Camera Connect app.
