When it comes to Casio, people would identify the brand with premium and high-quality watches. But today, the company released their first-ever smartwatch - the G-Squad Pro GSW-H1000. Here's everything you need to know.

For starters, the G-Squad Pro is from the G-Shock series and even though it's a smartwatch, it retains the traditional trademarked G-Shock design and you can definitely bring it outdoors and sports. The body is made of carbide and titanium alloy back cover which has high shock resistance and a 200 metres durability underwater. It's also pre-installed with WearOS and supports Google Assistant.

For the features, the G-Squad Pro sports a 1.2-inch display with a double layer that has a monochrome always-on panel and a colour LCD just below it which is pretty unique. This is mainly to assist the battery life longer and the colour LCD supports a 360x360 resolution. Of course, like most premium smartwatches, it consists a GPS, heart rate sensor and over 15 outdoor and 24 indoor workout activities.

The GSW-H1000 is current on sale for $700 (~RM2896) and comes in three variants - GSW-H1000-1, GSW-H1000-1A and GSW-H1000-1A4. These variants come with different colour options and we aren't sure if the company would import them into Malaysia.
