Catcha Digital continues expansion drive for their B2B Expo Portfolio with MIFB

Catcha Digital recently announced that they acquired a 100% equity interest in Constellar Exhibitions Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the organizer of the Malaysian International Food & Beverage Trade Fair or MIFB for RM3971715. The share sale agreement was done via One International Exhibition Sdn Bhd which is a 60% subsidiary of Catcha Digital.

For those who don’t know, the MIFB B2B platform brings together manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, Hotel, Restaurant, and Café professionals, importers, exporters, and service providers for the food and beverage industry from across ASEAN and beyond. The previous MIFB 2025 hosted 12097 unique visitors and 500 companies from 84 countries across 7 exhibiting halls with various speakers and knowledge sessions.

MIFB 2026 is expected to target more than 13000 attendees and 520 exhibiting companies from 85 countries across 15000 square meters of space at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
