The Nokia Lumia 520 remains the most popular Windows Phone device Nokia has to offer, and this time around Celcom are offering it for just RM188. As usual, the smartphone is for the Celcom First plans with a Mobile Internet plan, available under 12 months or 18 months contracts. While the Nokia Lumia 520 is going for about RM599 (and lower in some Malaysian markets) it does offer a voice and data plan at the same time, all of which are at a subsidized price.
