Celcom Social Media Experience hub officially launched to increase Celcom's social media reach

Celcom Axiata Berhad have launched their Social Media Experience (smEX) hub today at Menara Celcom. Combining marketing, sales amd service activities for social media channels, team members will utilize key social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others to complement existing customer service channels for a social media reach of 1.2 million. The hub will be fully functional by December 2017.
