Celcom and Digi users can now visit and access all CelcomDigi branded touchpoints

Today, CelcomDigi just announced all both Celcom and Digi customers can now access each other's services in all of its bluecube and Digi Stores. This also includes its exclusive partners' 534 branded touchpoints across the nation.

With this, 11 types of sales and service transactions are now available for Celcom and Digi users simultaneously. This includes bill payments, plan changes, SIM card replacements, and prepaid reloads, as well as new Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers to complete their plan registrations, MNP registrations, or Internet purchases.

Besides these services available cross-stores, Celcom and Digi can also complete their transactions online via the Celcom Life and MyDigi apps respectively. Through the completion of its merger on November 30, 2022, CelcomDigi will continue serving the growing digital needs of more than 20 million consumers, SMEs, and large enterprises nationwide.
