Celcom introduces Voice over LTE for Apple iPhones

It's taken Celcom a while but the telecommunications provider has finally announced that its Voice over LTE (VoLTE) service is now available. With this, you can now enjoy high-quality audio through the Celcom 4G network. It also allows you to browse the internet and be on the phone at the same time.

According to Celcom, the service is currently available for selected Apple iPhone devices, though more smartphones will also be supported soon. For iPhone users, you need it to be updated to at least iOS 13.3 for it to work. If you're eligible, you can enable VoLTE in the settings menu. Once enabled, all calls will go through the Celcom 4G network rather than the voice network.

If you're a Celcom user and would like to try VoLTE, you can find out more details from Celcom's FAQ page. Just tap on the 'Services' and then 'Celcom VoLTE' to learn more. Those of you who have already tried it, how's your call experience so far with it? Do let us know on our Facebook page and follow us on TechNave.com for more tech news.
