
Popular telco service provider Celcom has released an official apology regarding to the huge network interruption that has happened this morning starting around 7AM on all Celcom networks
The statement has announced that the interruption was due to Celcom’s efforts to double up customer data capacity, where the upgrade exercise was unfortunately carried out without avail.

Celcom Deputy CEO of Business Operations, Azwan Khan Osman Khan has also publicly announced they “regret this inconvenience from the bottom of their hearts and they hope their customers will continue to support them.”
He also announced that they “apologise that the system upgrade today was not as seamless as anticipated, however they had successfully restored the system to a normal state as at 2.00pm on the same day nationwide.”
So there you have it guys, it was an honest mistake and hopefully you guys can find it deep in your hearts to forgive them.
