CelcomDigi has announced that Celcom Life Hub, the website previously used by Celcom customers for account-related matters, will be completely discontinued on 31 May 2025. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, after that date, all account and usage-related transactions - including balance checks, bill payments and top-ups, can be done via the Celcom Life mobile app. For quick access, you can bookmark the CelcomDigi bill payment and CelcomDigi top-up links.
Alternatively, Celcom customers can also use payment methods such as online banking, top-up via PIN, automatic billing, e-Wallet, Celcom Kiosk as well as various other options provided. That’s all we know for now. If you frequently use the Celcom Life Hub, you might want to prepare and make some changes soon.
