It's been more than a month since Celcom and Digi offered free 5G services to more Postpaid and Prepaid plans. If you thought you can't test it further, well, CelcomDigi has announced that the free 5G access for Postpaid and Prepaid customers will be extended until 31 May 2023.
To refresh your memory, CelcomDigi introduced 5G Boosters for Digi Postpaid, Digi Postpaid Family plans, and Digi Prepaid NEXT monthly Internet plans in March 2023, which enables customers to enjoy 5G access with their current Internet plans. The free 5G Booster will be extended from 30 April 2023 until 31 May 2023.
For Digi Postpaid and Prepaid customers who want to try 5G, the 5G Booster can be activated with three easy steps:
- Be on a current selling Digi Postpaid or Prepaid monthly Internet plan.
- Purchase a 5G Booster at RM0 from the MyDigi app.
- Ensure the 5G network setting is enabled on your 5G device.
