CelcomDigi held a Thank You Campaign to appreciate customers for continuous support

This month marks the sixth month for Celcom and Digi merging as one and to celebrate this occasion, CelcomDigi launched a Thank You Campaign held last weekend. So during the weekend, all the customers who walked into all the 39 Celcom bluecubes and 25 Digi Stores nationwide were given sweet treats in the form of cotton candy by CelcomDigi’s employees (CDzens). 

This campaign was in line with CelcomDigi’s commitment towards putting customers first. The two-day event allowed CDzens to engage customers beyond providing the usual over-the-counter service by enabling them to listen to honest feedback and direct customer input on their experience and expectations.

In conjunction with the campaign, all CelcomDigi customers have been given personalised offers curated exclusively for them based on their phone and data usage patterns. These offers are currently available via the just4ME feature on the Celcom Life app or Box of Surprise on the MyDigi app. On top of that, other exciting ongoing promotions will give customers more value-for-money offers that they can opt for including:
