
CelcomDigi today informs a special important notice for Digi customers that there will be a Digi system upgrade scheduled from 9:00 pm on 14-Oct-2024 to 9:00 am on 15-Oct-2024. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, some services will be unavailable during this period. These services include:
- MyDigi Application
- MyDigi Website
- Digi Online Store
- Digi Kiosk
- CelcomDigi Store/ Celcom blue cube/ Digi Store
- Portal MyDigi Business
- UMB (* <short code> # to access the self-service menu)
- New registration (including family line registration)
- Change of plan
- Purchase of value-added services (including through UMB)
- Purchase from Apple App Store/ Google Play Store/ Huawei AppGallery via Digipay
- Subscribe and activate the roaming pass
- Add-on purchase/ device contract/ service contract
- Termination of service
- Line suspension due to loss and theft
- SIM card/MSISDN exchange
- Quota/balance check
- TalkTime Services
- Family line management
- Digital Subscription Renewal
- Fibre service and 5G Home WiFi
- Port-in or Port-out (MNP) services
- Roaming Services
Accordingly, Digi customers are reminded to make payments, top up, and complete any important service transactions before 13-Oct-2024 to ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade. If you want to make bill payments online, you must also complete the payment before October 14.
Thankfully, CelcomDigi confirms there will be no disruption to voice calls, text messages, and Internet services for Digi customers Celcom services also remain available as usual. We have yet to confirm other details on the news. Hopefully, everything will be resolved soon.
