CelcomDigi to launch new Prepaid 5G plans from as low as RM25 per month

Today, CelcomDigi announced its new lineup of CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G plans. Like the CelcomDigi Postpaid plans, the new prepaid plans have both 5G and 4G connectivity and will launch on 1 March 2024. 

The CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G comes in two propositions from as low as RM25/month: Unlimited 5G with CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Edisi Biru and High-Speed 5G with CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Edisi Kuning. The Edisi Kuning is starting from RM25/month with up to 75GB of Internet quota (5G and 4G), and an extra Hotspot quota, at a high speed of up to 100Mbps.

As the name suggests, the Edisi Biru comes with unlimited Internet and customers will enjoy up to 55GB of Internet quota (5G and 4G) along with extra Hotspot quota, at a high speed of up to 100Mbps, and unlimited calls to all networks. Moreover, it will also have streaming passes bundled with the premium subscription for Viu at RM44/month (worth RM56.90/month) or iQIYI at RM47/month (worth RM50.90/month).

According to CelcomDigi, customers who choose any of the CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G plans will have the flexibility to purchase one-time passes for additional Internet quota from as low as RM1. They can opt to choose between hourly, daily and weekly passes with up to 20GB of Internet quota (5G and 4G) via the Celcom Life app and MyDigi app.

To celebrate the launch, CelcomDigi is offering limited-time introductory deals for customers who sign up or upgrade from 1 March to 30 June 2024:

  • For Edisi Biru: Customers who sign up for the RM39 Internet pass, will enjoy an extra 10GB high-speed Internet (5G and 4G) and five times (5x) more Hotspot quota.
  • For Edisi Kuning: Customers who sign up for the RM25 and RM39 Internet passes, will also enjoy an extra 10GB of high-speed Internet (5G and 4G) and five times (5x) more Hotspot quota.
  • Customers on either Edisi Biru or Edisi Kuning will also get access to a special One-Time Pass for only RM1 with unlimited Internet (5G and 4G) for 1 hour.
