If you're experiencing an unstable mobile connection in Pahang and Terengganu with your Celcom line, you're not alone. CelcomDigi just confirmed that there was a minor fire incident earlier this morning that affected the connectivity.
According to CelcomDigi, the incident has caused approximately 210,000 Celcom customers in the two aforementioned states to experience interruptions for voice, SMS, and data services. At the time of this posting, services including voice services, SMS, and reloads have been restored in stages
CelcomDigi is working towards restoring all remaining services as soon as possible. Further information on service recovery will be communicated to customers and the public across various channels including our websites and social media.
CelcomDigi would also like to take this opportunity to apologise to the impacted customers for the inconvenience faced. We will be updating this page again when it's restored.
