The eMadani program has begun today and in case you missed it, the four platforms that will give away the free RM100 credit are none other than Maybank's MAE app, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Setel. And like before, there are some differences between each of them and if you're not sure which to claim, here's a breakdown of what you can get from each platform.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Starting with one of the most used apps by Malaysians, TNG will offer 1000 points GOrewards on top of the RM100 credit. Moreover, there will also be free vouchers worth over RM500 that can be used for various brands such as the ones you see in the screenshot below. It's quite straightforward so you can choose this if TNG eWallet is your daily cashless payment method.
ShopeePay
On the other hand, Shopee will offer RM100 credit + extra RM600 vouchers if you claim it on ShopeePay. From the promotional page, the RM600 worth of vouchers include up to RM365 of free shipping, coins cashback and others, up to RM50 of SPayLater, up to RM155 of ShopeeFood, and up to RM30 of car insurance. If you use Shopee's features a lot, it would make sense to utilise them.
Setel
For Setel users, the offerings aren't so bad as well. Apart from the RM100 credit, the company will issue up to RM80 additional cashback and exclusive vouchers. Participants who sign up for Setel's eMadani program will also enjoy up to 3x Mesra points for fuel, Kedai Mesra and Deliver2Me, parking with 50% cashback, road tax renewal with 3% cashback, up to RM300 vehicle insurance, RM20 cashback for battery replacements and others. Some of the promotions will end on 31 December 2023 as noted in the screenshot.
MAE app
Last but not least, we put Maybank's MAE app as the last one because it's the simplest one of all. In fact, it doesn't have any extra offerings and the company is just giving you the RM100 credit without any catch. However, Maybank's website announced that whoever redeems the RM100 credit with the MAE app will stand a chance to win a new Proton S70, Proton Exora, Proton Saga, cash prizes and more.
Of course, you will have to qualify for the requirement of earning an annual income of RM100,000 and below. The server was facing heavy traffic and we can only imagine how many Maybank users are there but according to Maybank, you should be able to access it now. The campaign and redemption period will end on 29 and 20 February 2024, respectively.
That's pretty much it on the comparison between MAE, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay and Setel. We expect the servers to be slow today so do be patient and hopefully, you get to claim your free RM100 credit by the end of today.
