Finally, after great effort, we managed to get these three top-tier smartphones against each other in a battle of photography. First up, we have the Samsung Galaxy S8 (RM3299) featuring a Dual Pixel 12MP camera against the improved 12MP RGB + 20MP monochrome camera sensor on the Huawei P10 (RM2499), and facing off the hipster's device Apple iPhone 7 (RM3199) using a normal 12MP camera. So which phone takes better pictures? Well, we have taken a bunch of photos using all three devices so check them out below, you be the judge!

As you can see, each of the three phones excel in certain shots. It remains difficult to pin down which phone rocks the most though. For example, the colour contrast on the red car looks great on all three phones, however, a sharp eye would notice that glass in the P10 image appears to be darker by a bit, which is the case for most of the image samples here. The food looks "fresher" on the Galaxy S8 and the iPhone's selfie picture looks just "right", while the P10 has the advantage of the portrait mode in the outdoor shot with our boy, Bernard. In the end with all these tiny details, it really depends on the user's preference.
