This totally came out of nowhere, but leaked photos of an alleged XiaoMi Mi Mix 2s has leaked around Weibo according to the guys at GSMArena.
Not much context can be taken from these photos alone but all we know is, obviously it has an iPhone X-like cutout right on the top bezel. The edges are a bit wider than the iPhone X, which leaves more space for icons in the status bar. Other than that, the rest seems to be the same old trademark bezel-less Mi Mix screen.
However from what we know so far about cutouts on Android devices, Android Apps don’t work very well with them so we have to see how it plays out in the end.
Don’t get too excited just yet guys, no official Malaysian release or pricing has been spotted just yet and we have no way to verify if these images are even legit so do take these with a pinch of salt.
