Today, most people would know that Clubhouse is a platform where people get together to share ideas and an invite-only app on iOS. But today's new announcement is not about arriving on the Android platform yet but rather introducing Clubhouse Payments.
From the developer team's blog, Clubhouse Payments will be used as a tool to help creators financially and build up the community and audience. It's noted that Clubhouse will not even get a single cent in this new monetization feature, at most the user sending the money will be charged for a small card processing fee but to its payment processing partner, Stripe.

Currently, Clubhouse Payments is now being tested by a small group for the ability to receive payments in waves. Users can still send payments to their favourite podcasters but since it's just rolling out, users should be aware that there should be some work to do for the developers. The team hopes to collect feedback and refine the feature further.
To start sending payments, you just have to tap on the creator's profile and then tap "Send Money". You can enter any amount you like but first, make sure you have registered a credit or debit card. That's all, folks. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
