Flying drones are often considered the toys of the rich or the tools of the professionals. But DJI continues to make models that are catered towards regular consumers. Case in point, the newly launched DJI FPV.

DJI launched its new model yesterday and it's an interesting one. The DJI is a drone that's designed to deliver an immersive flight experience. How so? Well, the FPV here stands for First Person View. This drone comes with a pair of DJI FPV Goggles V2, which allow you to 'see' through the drone's camera. It uses low-latency HD transmission to deliver 1440x810 resolution visuals at 60fps, with a FOV of 142°.

Other features include a new Sports flying mode, Emergency Brake, Hovering, and more. As for the specs, the DJI FPV comes with a 12MP camera that can shoot 4K photos and videos. It also has a wide FOV of 150° and a 35mm equivalent lens. Although the camera is fixed to a single-axis gimbal, it does have RockSteady stabilisation tech to smoothen video footages.
