DJI Malaysia have officially announced that their DJI RS 3 Mini Travel Stabilizer gimbal for mirrorless cameras is now available for RM1549. Featuring a 1.4-inch colour touchscreen, Bluetooth shutter control, a 3rd generation stabilization algorithm, native horizontal and vertical switching, the DJI RS 3 Mini can support up to 2kg.
This includes mirrorless cameras like the Sony A7S3 + 24-70mm F2.8 GM lens, Canon EOS R5 + RF24-70mm F2.8 STM lens or Fuji X-H2S + XF 18-55 mm F2.8-4 lens. Weighing in at just 795g, the RS 3 Mini is lighter and more portable than its predecessors. A strong motor keeps footage stable even at the longest focal length, eliminating the need to rebalance.
Designed for one-handed use and vertical video creation, the RS 3 Mini has a new dual-layered quick-release plate for vertical shooting without accessories. The gimbal rotation angle is not limited while the upper plate has a redesigned curved placement guide which prevents the camera from rotating or loosening.
