For those who are still looking for a 2-in-1 device for daily computing use, Dell has just announced a range of variable-mode devices at Computex 2016, with models ranging from an 11 inch display, all the day to a 15 inch display. The new 2-in-1 models will have a sticker price from RM 1899.
The Dell Inspiron 11 3000 combines the performance of a laptop and the convenience of a tablet in one device. It has a colourful, fun design that’s easy to use and built for the long haul. It has a HD resolution (1366x768 pixel) display, Intel Celeron processor, 32GB of storage, and a 10 hour battery.
Meanwhile the Dell Inspiron 5000 2-in-1 series comes in both 13 inch and 15 inch displays, with a full HD display (1920 x 1080) True-life LED-Backlit Touch Display and up to 16GB of dual channel DDR4 memory. This is paired with SSD storage for longer battery life and even an optional infra-red camera to be used in conjunction with Windows 10 Hello secure login system.
Lastly, the Dell Inspiron 5000 is a traditional laptop design device, but with the same new features as its cousin, including the infra-red camera, SSD storage, and an option of either an Intel or AMD processor.
The Dell Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 will be available soon, from RM 1899, while the Inspiron 12 and 15 5000 2-in-1 will start from RM 2499. The Inspiron 5000 series laptop meanwhile will be available from September onwards.
