OPPO often releases new smartphones or a new addition to a series in a period of a short time. If you recall, the OPPO Reno4 series has just been released in August this year, and we brought it to Penang to test out the camera features. Today, it seems like the new addition to the Reno series, the OPPO Reno5 is about to be unveiled.

According to the source, the Digital Chat Station shared some information alongside an unknown OPPO smartphone that has surfaced in the TENAA database which seems to be the upcoming OPPO Reno5. It shows that it comes with a body dimension of 159.1 x 73.4 x 7.9mm and a 6.43-inch screen which may be a 60Hz refresh rate OLED display.

Besides, the data also states that it has a 2100mAh battery capacity which may be a dual battery setup that makes it a 4200mAH battery that is expected to support a 65W fast charging and a quad-camera setup compromising a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, 2MP Macro lens, and 2MP black and white portrait lens. As for the chipset, since it shows it will be supporting the 5G network, we are expecting it to have a Density 800U chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage running on Android 11 based on ColorOS 11.
