After Celcom introduced their special Internet pass for students who are taking either SPM or STPM this year, Digi has announced theirs as well. Digi's Internet pass will be offering students the same thing that is 15GB of high-speed internet with a 30-day validity period priced at RM20.
The special Internet pass will be available from 6 January to 30 April 2021. Students can also keep their prepaid lines active for 30 days, without the need to make any additional reloads. To get the pass, current Digi customers can easily purchase it via the MyDigi App or dial *128# for immediate access. Meanwhile, new customers can walk into any Digi touchpoints, including participating convenience stores to purchase the pass right away with the Digi Prepaid Next pack.
Digi is working closely with the Government to support their initiatives in helping B40 households and students sitting for exams. Besides offering special affordable data plans, other initiatives include providing free online learning via Jom Tuisyen, free WiFi service at selected Public Housing Projects (PPR), as well as extending operation hours at Pusat Internet nationwide.
