For smartphone users who prefer to keep a tight budget, Digi now has a new prepaid plan for you. The company just announced a new prepaid plan called Digi Prepaid NEXT, which comes pre-loaded with 30 days of access to high-speed internet for as low as RM15.
There are a total of three packages categorised under the name "Internet Cili Padi". For the former, users can choose the RM15, RM28 or RM35 packages. They provide you with 2GB, 4GB, and 6GB of high-speed internet for 30 days. In conjunction with the launch of the new plan, you'll also get an additional 1GB, 2GB, and 3GB of data. If you finish up your data, you can also add more by purchasing additional passes through the MyDigi mobile app.
Moreover, all three packages get unlimited access to social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, while the RM28 and RM35 packages will also get unlimited YouTube access. However, Digi did not list down the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for this unlimited access, so we're not sure if the speed will be throttled after a certain amount of usage.
