A terrible Thursday for Digi users. Many of you are experiencing network problems and with that, it didn't take long for Digi subscribers to flame Digi's official Twitter page, as well on Facebook. It's said that the network service issue started last night to a few and got worst until this morning.
From our experience, those in Klang Valley will still have somewhat ok-ish connectivity, but not so much for those who are outside of that area. Anyway, Digi has officially restored the network and released a statement regarding the issue.
Initially, Digi has been replying to their customers that they would fix the unplanned service interruption within 4 hours but they did it in 2 which is faster than expected. Obviously, this isn't the first time that they (or other telco companies) have let us down but it's good that they managed to solve the issue. Also, if you're still getting connectivity issues, it's advisable for you to go on flight mode or restart your phone.
